Part of Stop Hunger Now’s mission is to create a movement to end hunger. Advocacy, defined as engaging and empowering people toward changing laws, policies, systems and attitudes to end hunger by 2030, is a critical aspect of our efforts at Stop Hunger Now.
Over the course of this election season, Stop Hunger Now has worked to create a movement to end hunger alongside Vote to End Hunger, a broad coalition of individuals and organizations all committed to eliminating hunger worldwide by 2030. We have mobilized hunger advocates to elevate the issue of hunger with political candidates during the 2016 election cycle.
With the election upon us, we’d like to extend one last invitation to you to sign the pledge and Vote to End Hunger on November 8. Let’s make our voices heard and urge our political leaders to prioritize ending hunger and poverty around the globe.
