The Philippines continues to experience the devastating impact of Typhoon Mangkhut — the world’s largest typhoon this year to date. We are working to respond to this crises.

Typhoon Mangkhut Response

Children in the Panay region of the Philippines

Typhoon Mangkhut, the world’s strongest typhoon this year to date, has recently devastated the Philippines, impacting more than 250,000 people. We are working with our Philippines location to dispatch emergency food supplies to those impacted. We are collaborating with Rise Against Hunger Philippines and our partner, ADRA Philippines, to distribute biscuits, powdered juice and other emergency relief supplies. Additionally, through our ongoing partnership with International Care Ministries more than 140,000 meals have been pre-positioned in the Panay region of the Philippines, which will be available for immediate distribution upon request from the local government. We will continue to collaborate with our partners and monitor the needs of those impacted by the storm to determine how we can provide additional assistance. Please consider making a donation to our Global Emergency Relief Fund today to ensure that we are able to respond in the wake of Typhoon Mangkhut, and to crises around the globe.
